Behavior & Group Play
Safety is our top priority. If a dog becomes overstimulated, uncomfortable, or is not enjoying group play, we will communicate with the owner and create a plan that is best for the dog.

Belongings & Meals
Meals should be pre-bagged and labeled for each feeding. Please limit belongings to necessary comfort items. Meals that are not pre-bagged will be subject to a $5 bagging fee.

Boarding Check-In & Check-Out
Boarding includes daycare. Check-in before 3:00 PM will include a $25 daycare fee. Check-out after 11:00 AM will include a $25 daycare fee.

Cancellations
Daycare cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.

Boarding Cancellations

• 30+ days before check-in: Full refund to the original payment method. 
• Less than 30 days before check-in: Deposit converted to account credit for future use. 
• Within 72 hours of check-in: The full reservation amount will be charged. 
• Early pick-up: No refunds will be issued for unused nights. 

Grooming Cancellations
Grooming cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Pricing may vary based on coat condition, size, behavior, and time needed.

Daycare Drop-Off
Daycare drop-off is Monday–Friday from 7:00–9:00 AM and Saturday from 9:00–10:00 AM. Timely drop-off helps keep our groups calm, safe, and structured.

Dog License & Tags
All dogs must have a valid town dog license and must wear both rabies and license tags on their collar while at our facility. Out-of-state rabies certificates are accepted.

Health & Safety
Dogs showing signs of illness, including coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms, may not attend and may be sent home.

Medications
Medication administration is $10 per day.

• Medications must be provided in the original prescription bottles. 
• Labels must include the dog’s name and dosage instructions. 
• Please do not pre-bag medications or place them inside food containers. 
• Written instructions may be included for our staff to follow. 

Spay & Neuter Policy
Dogs must be spayed or neutered by 6–8 months of age, depending on behavior and group compatibility.

Trial Day Required
All new dogs must complete a trial day before daycare or boarding reservations are approved. This helps us ensure your pup is comfortable and a good fit for group play.

Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded to Paw Partner before attending.
