I started The Posh Pup with one simple goal: to create a safe, clean, and loving place where dogs are treated like family. As a lifelong dog lover, I wanted to build a business based on honesty, transparency, and truly personalized care.

Today, The Posh Pup proudly serves families in Acton and Bolton, offering dog daycare, luxury boarding, and full-service grooming. Our Bolton location is a premier Pet Resort & Spa featuring spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, luxury overnight suites, overnight staff onsite, and a stress-free grooming experience.

What makes us different is our commitment to individualized care. We don’t believe dogs should spend their day sitting in kennels. Instead, our guests enjoy structured play, enrichment, and plenty of attention from our experienced, CPR and First Aid–trained team.

As a hands-on owner, I am actively involved in the day-to-day operations and genuinely care about every dog that walks through our doors. Whether your pup is visiting for daycare, boarding, or grooming, our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and enriching experience while giving you complete peace of mind.

Milena brings an exceptional combination of organization, leadership, and genuine passion for dogs. With a strong background in hospitality, she understands the importance of outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming experience for both pets and their owners.

Known for her excellent work ethic, Milena is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring every aspect of our operation runs smoothly. She has grown up with dogs and has always had a deep love and appreciation for animals, which shines through in the care and attention she gives to every pup who visits The Posh Pup.

When she’s not managing the day-to-day operations, Milena enjoys singing, working events and bringing her positive energy to the team. Her warmth, professionalism, and love for dogs make her an invaluable part of The Posh Pup family.

Mandy has over five years of experience working in dog daycare environments. She is known for her exceptional work ethic, organization, attention to detail, and very patient nature with every dog in our care.

Mandy has always had a natural connection with animals and a deep understanding of canine behavior. Her calm and compassionate approach helps even the most nervous or energetic dogs feel comfortable, safe, and loved.

Mandy takes pride in getting to know each dog’s unique personality and ensuring they have a fun, enriching, and positive experience at The Posh Pup.

When she’s not at work, Mandy enjoys spending time at home with her cats. Her extensive experience, patience, and genuine love for animals make her an invaluable part of The Posh Pup family.

Lexi brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our team. As a certified veterinary technician, she has extensive experience caring for animals and a strong understanding of canine health and behavior.

Lexi is known for her sweet, loving personality and the genuine care she provides to every dog she meets. Her calm and nurturing approach helps dogs feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their stay.

At home, Lexi is the proud pet parent of her puppy, Moxie, who keeps her busy and reminds her every day why she loves working with dogs. Lexi’s medical knowledge, attention to detail, and heartfelt dedication make her an invaluable part of The Posh Pup family.
