You’re welcome to bring comfort items from home, such as toys or blankets.
To help us keep items organized:

• Label all belongings clearly with your dog’s name (permanent marker or embroidery)
• Items may be laundered if soiled during longer stays

LOBBY HOURS

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
 

CHECK IN

BEFORE 3PM $25 FEE

CHECK OUT

AFTER 11AM $25 FEE

 • We require a 50% deposit for all boarding reservations.

 • 30+ Days Notice: Full deposit refunded to your original payment method.
• Less than 30 Days: Deposit credited to your account for future use.
• Within 72 Hours of Check-In: Full charge applies
• Charges processed at check-in
• Early pickups will not be refunded 

• Divide food into individual portions (pack an extra meal just incase)
• Use Zip-loc bags or containers with secure lids (no fold-over sandwich bags)
• Label each meal with:
  • Dog’s name
  • Meal type (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Date

If your dog requires medication:

• Provide in original prescription bottles
• Labels must include dog’s name and dosage instructions
• Do not pre-bag medications or include them in food containers
   

You may include written instructions for our staff to follow.
