Unlike many facilities, we don’t keep dogs kenneled all day. At The Posh Pup, your dog enjoys structured play, personalized attention, and a true home-away-from-home experience.

Lobby Hours

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
   

Check-In Times

• Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM (no fee)
• Weekends: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (no fee)
   

Check-Out Times

• Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (no fee)
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (no fee)
   

Need flexibility?
Early or late check-in/out is available for a $25 fee.

All dogs must complete a trial day before boarding to ensure they’re a good fit for our social, play-based environment.
This allows us to assess:

• Temperament and socialization
• Energy level and group compatibility
   

We want every pup to feel happy, safe, and stress-free during their stay.

Required Vaccinations

• Rabies
• DHLPP/DA2PP
• Bordetella (1-year accepted)

Highly Recommended

• Canine Influenza

Other Requirements

• Annual fecal exam
• Dog License
• Dog License and Rabies Tag on collars
• Notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs

 • 30+ Days Notice: Full deposit refunded to your original payment method.
• Less than 30 Days: Deposit credited to your account for future use.
• Within 72 Hours of Check-In: Full charge applies
• Charges processed at check-in
• Early pickups will not be refunded 

To ensure your pup’s meals are served correctly:

• Divide food into individual portions
• Use Ziploc bags or containers with secure lids (no fold-over sandwich bags)
• Label each meal with:
  • Dog’s name
  • Meal type (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Date

If your dog requires medication:

• Provide in original prescription bottles
• Labels must include dog’s name and dosage instructions
• Do not pre-bag medications or include them in food containers
   

You may include written instructions for our staff to follow.

You’re welcome to bring comfort items from home, such as toys or blankets.
To help us keep items organized:

• Label all belongings clearly with your dog’s name (permanent marker or embroidery)
• Items may be laundered if soiled during longer stays
   

Labeling ensures your pup’s items are returned clean and safe.
