MATTING & COAT CONDITION

All dogs must be up to date on required vaccinations, including rabies.
Dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious conditions. If parasites are found, grooming will be stopped and treatment may be required before rescheduling.
For the safety of your dog and our staff, we may refuse service if a pup is showing signs of illness, stress, or aggression

Severe matting can cause discomfort, skin irritation, and increase grooming time. In some cases, mats may need to be shaved out.
By booking, you acknowledge that shaving mats may expose pre-existing skin issues or cause minor irritation. We always prioritize your dog’s comfort and safety

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Your dog’s comfort is our priority. If your pup becomes too stressed or unsafe to handle, we may stop the grooming process and discuss alternatives with you.
Extra handling fees may apply for dogs requiring significant behavioral management.

Our priority is always your pup’s comfort and safety, which may require us to take extra time for breaks, reassurance, or gentle handling. While we provide estimated appointment durations, we ask for your understanding that each dog’s needs are unique and may extend the grooming session.
